For Churches

By submitting this form, our church and its leadership agree to the following:

1. Ministry use only. We will use the Superbook Academy curriculum, videos and activity sheets only for children's ministry (Sunday school, VBS, kids' clubs and similar church activities), free of charge to the children, and never for sale or commercial use.
2. Protect the materials. We will not copy, change, upload, broadcast or share the course materials outside our church without written permission from GN Kids. The materials remain the property of their copyright owners.
3. Faithful teaching. A named Sunday school teacher will lead the classes regularly and follow the lesson guides, teaching the Bible stories as they are presented.
4. Child safety. Classes will take place in a safe place with responsible adult supervision, and with the knowledge and consent of the children's parents or guardians.
5. Feedback. When asked, we will share attendance numbers, photos (with parents' permission) and short testimonies or feedback to help GN Kids improve the program.
6. Keep in touch. We will tell GN Kids if our pastor, teacher or contact details change, or if we stop running the classes.
7. Contact consent. GN Kids may contact our pastor and teacher by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about the courses.

We confirm that the information in this form is correct and that our pastor approves this registration.
